TIVON FINE JEWELLERY (TFJL) INSTAGRAM 'EMBRACE' GIVEAWAY COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in this giveaway competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility
  • This giveaway is open to anyone who is at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (the Entrant).
  • Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members of TFJL are not eligible to participate.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
  1. Giveaway Period
  • The giveaway starts on 12 March 2025 at 9am (UK time) and ends on 12 April 2025 at 12am (UK time) (the "Giveaway Period").
  • Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.
  1. How to Enter
  • To enter the giveaway, participants (Entrants) must complete the following actions:
    1. Follow @tivonfinejewellery on Instagram.
    2. Tag 3 (three) friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.
    3. Post an image or video on your Instagram page, of what you perceive to be the “Perfect Embrace”.
    4. Mention or tag @tivonfinejewellery in the post (depending on the nature of the mention).
    5. Use both the hashtags #TIVON and #TIVONEMBRACE in the post.

NOTE –

  • The image/s or video/s used by the Entrant must: Be their own, not AI generated and must not belong to a third party where third party ownership and copyright laws may restrict usage or may be violated.
  • All Entrants agree to assign their rights to their images/videos to TFJL for promotion should TFJL deem, at their sole discretion, that the post is worthy of sharing for promotional and advertising. In so doing, all Entrants wave any rights, compensation or royalties claims to said images/videos or their usage.
  • The winner will be required to participate in publicity surrounding this competition and consents to their name, locations and images/videos being published for the purposes of any promoting TFJL and its business. Failure to agree to participation in said publicity may void the entry and eligibility of the Entrant.
  • By participating in this giveaway, you agree that any images/videos shared or submitted must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and reflect good taste and decency. Images/videos that contain offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content, including but not limited to content that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or violate any laws or rights, will be disqualified from the competition.
  1. Prize
  • The prize for the giveaway is an 18k Gold diamond-set necklace from the new Tivon ‘Embrace’ Collection.
  • No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize will be offered. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Should the winner be located outside the United Kingdom, the winner will be responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties and other fees associated with the prize being shipped to them from the UK and TFJL assume no responsibility for loss or damage while the prize is in transit.
  1. Winner Selection
  • One (1) winner will be selected at from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The winning entry will be selected entirely and completely at the sole discretion of TFJL management and shall not be open to interpretation, discussion or challenge.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 14 (fourteen) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 7 (seven) days, an alternative winner will be selected.
  • The winner agrees to TFJL announcing their name and promoting the images/videos of their entry for advertising and promotional use by TFJL and in so doing, waving any right, compensation or royalties claims to said images/videos or their usage.
  1. General Conditions
  • TFJL reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms or tampers with the entry process.
  • In case of any disputes, TFJL reserves the right to make final decisions.
  • TFJL excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Competition or any aspect of the prize and its delivery.
  1. Privacy
  • Any personal information provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of the giveaway and to notify the winner. By entering the giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your information as per TFJL’s Privacy Policy https://tivonjewels.com/privacy-policy.html .
  1. Instagram Disclaimer
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • By participating, you agree to release Instagram from any liability related to the giveaway.
  1. Changes and Cancellations
  • TFJL reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond our control (e.g., technical failure, fraud, etc.).
  1. Governing Law
  • The giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the Wales exclusively and the parties hereby irrevocably bind themselves to the authority of the English Courts for the resolution of any disputes arising herefrom.
